AUSTIN MICHAEL AUBERT

Born in Nashville, raised in Baltimore, and shaped by summers in Vacherie, Louisiana, my life has always been a journey filled with rich experiences and diverse influences.

In Vacherie, I found freedom in the sugarcane fields and beneath the shade of an old oak tree. Those quiet moments let my imagination run wild, a contrast to the fast-paced energy of Baltimore, where I learned to navigate the world and tap into my creativity.

Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by the moon and stars. I’d spend hours staring at the night sky, tracing the constellations and uncovering the myths woven into them. Each cluster of stars wasn’t random—it had a purpose, a story, a connection to something greater. That realization shaped how I approach my art. Like the constellations, every creative choice I make has meaning. Composition, color, movement—none of it is accidental. Everything is intentional, placed with purpose to create something that resonates beyond the surface.

Fueled by a love for adventure, I set out to explore the world, capturing its essence through my lens. From the rush of city streets to the stillness of untouched landscapes, every frame reflects my vision, turning fleeting moments into something lasting. Just like the stars, I want my work to tell a story—to leave something behind that others can look up to and find their own meaning in.
